Tanzanite Serviced Apartment - TSA Masaki

Super surprised with the breakfast in the morning! Usually apartments don’t actually serve breakfast in the morning from my experience so this was a pleasant surprise! Food was super good too

At the Centre of Masaki…spacious rooms, kitchen, toilet, lift, aircon etc…

Communication… no number given during check in to contact reception, no iron in the room… they should have a check list when clients are checking in. I could not iron my clothes becos I didn’t know how to reach reception and was rushing…

Cleaness, comfortability, good location and tasty breakfast

There was no washing machine

Spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and pubs

Inability to maintain booking preferences as confirmed, slow check in processes for the group and slow resolving issues.

The rooms are very quite and with a good privacy plus the breakfast is off the hook..such delicious meals. You can tell the chefs really know what the are doing. Reception staff are very charming, and all the House keeping staff. The Lady Rehema will go ahead of her ways to ensure your maximum satisfaction.

Large room, beautifully decorated. The gym and its good quality equipment was well appreciated.

Perfekte Lage im representativen Stadtteil Masaki, nur paar Schritte vom Ozean entfernt. Alle Geschäfte und gute Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Apartments sehr großzügig geschnitten mit elegantem Bad und großer Küchenzeile. Betten bequem. Auf dem Dach mit wunderschönem Panoramablick auf die Stadt ein überdimensionierter Swimmingpool für Sportbegeisterte, wie in der Beschreibung. Nicht zuletzt ein opulentes Frühstück, eher ein Brunch mit Fleisch, Dampfgemüse, viel Obst und Süßigkeiten. Man wird satt für den ganzen Tag. Sehr hilfsbereiter Service der Rezeption, der Chiefcook der Hotelküche, Herr Ayubu ein wahrer Kochmeister.

Einziger Kritikpunkt, viel zuwenig Aussttatung an Koch und Geschirrutensilien, zum Beispiel nur 2 Messer vorhanden, obwohl Platz in den Schränken war ausreichend da.
