I liked the location, close to the Slipway. I also loved the rooftop pool, which was large, and very seldom busy. The breakfast buffet was varied, with fruits, hot food, and an option to order eggs or an omelette (complimentary).

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. I asked for a receipt/invoice, and was told that someone would bring it to my room. One week later I reminded the reception about this, and was promised that I would get it, but it did not happen. Then, when checking-out (after 11 days), I asked again - and they started the process but were not able to give it to me before I had to leave for an appointment. I finally got it after my taxi for the airport had arrived. For those of us who travel for work, getting an invoice without a hazzle is important. The staff at the reception were nice and polite, it seems this was a management issue.

Er zijn meerdere verbeterpunten. Het onderhoud van de faciliteiten laat te wensen over: de ligstoelen zijn versleten en het zwembad was kapot. Daarnaast schoot de schoonmaak en housekeeping meerdere keren tekort; handdoeken en kussenslopen werden herhaaldelijk vergeten. De servicebalie reageerde traag en vragen werden niet of onvoldoende beantwoord. Ook is er meerdere keren gevraagd om een andere kamer in verband met een televisie met extra voetbalzenders, maar hier is ondanks herhaald overleg geen actie op ondernomen. De houding van het personeel kwam daarnaast nonchalant en weinig gastvrij over, wat afbreuk deed aan de algehele ervaring.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, toller Pool zum schwimmen und die Terrasse mit Ausblick ist fabelhaft. Das Bett und die Matratze sind sehr gut.

Man muss auf die Mücken aufpassen, es gibt viele in den Fluren, die dann schnell ins Zimmer reinkommen.
