Woofles Luxury Caravan at Knaresborough Lido

We like this property as we can take our dogs with us, the park is nicely located near a retail park but also along a river. The host is really friendly.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and sadly it’s not the same place we used to come to. Even though we have dogs, we like a clean home. The caravan felt quite run down and dirty with many marks and stains. The property didn’t looked properly cleaned either as we found crumbs/stones inside, heavily stained flooring and dirty plates. This has the property has the potential to be a 10/10 with some thorough cleaning work

Location nice. Comfortable beds. Dog friendly - obviously. Bar and cafe on site.

Oven a little small if you have a number of people to feed. We listened to a rather loud party that went on after hours, ie until 01:30 (not in the owner's control, as was elsewhere on site) and our dog, Mr Waffles, was unsettled.

Location was excellent for our needs

It was much smaller and more basic than we thought it would be.

Accommodation great everything was clean can't fault it. Only issue we had was, we could not get the the fireplace on, it was a bit cold the evening and early in the morning. The bed was fabulous, shower was hot and good pressure and there was some tea and coffee.

Clean and very comfortable

Beautiful caravan site next to stunning river Nidd. Ideal location for a riverside walk into Knaresborough. Caravan was clean and comfortable with all mod cons - an air fryer would be a nice addition. Recommended stay for those who like riverside walks, but short drive into centre with reasonable priced car parks. Definitely recommended and will stay again.
