The location is very convenient and easy to get around.

The moment we went into the house, the floor was pretty dusty. If you plan on cooking a meal at the apartment, some of the utensils are not clean. Other than that, it is alright just not cozy.

The property was not accurately represented in the photographs advertised on Booking.com. The images created expectations that were not reflected in the actual condition of the unit upon arrival. Overall, the unit was poorly maintained and in need of repair. While some issues were addressed after being reported, they should have been identified and rectified before the property was made available to guests. Bedrooms The wardrobes showed clear signs of wear, and the sliding door between the master bedroom and living area was difficult to operate until repaired following my complaint. Master Bathroom The bathroom ceiling contained visible mould, raising concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and potential health implications. This issue should have been rectified before the unit was offered for occupancy. In addition, the shampoo and body wash were provided in a bottle with a typed label affixed to it, leaving the contents open to question. Second Bathroom The shower door would not close properly, causing water to leak onto the floor and creating a potential safety hazard. This issue was only repaired after it was reported. Kitchen The cabinetry was worn and dated, and several utensils were unsuitable for use. The spatula was heavily blackened, and the frying pan was excessively worn with a broken handle. Despite advising that three guests would be staying, only two sets of forks and spoons were provided. A cut-up water bottle was used as a sponge holder, giving the kitchen an unprofessional appearance. No operating instructions were provided for the appliances. Other Issues The clothes airer was well past its serviceable life and held together with sticky tape, further highlighting the lack of maintenance. In summary, the unit did not match the standard portrayed in the online listing and did not represent good value for the price paid.

Location

Quite a few but I have left a full review at the end of the second course of my stay with my family who joined me from May 1 to 5. I decided to continue to stay as I had already paid for the unit in advance and also did not want to pack and unpack my luggages if I were to move to another place.
