Exactly as advertised. Modern apartment very close to airport. Great little food market opposite and also convenience stores a minute or two away. Comfy beds, a balcony and good air con.

Location for an early flight from KK, plenty of food options within a 2 block area, free garage parking

Elevators and hallways are not clean, and old mattresses and broken appliances leaning against walls when we got there and were leaving gives the common areas a ghetto feel. It doesn’t feel unsafe, just that management of the building needs some rules to keep everything nice.

I like the vibes at there, you should go to the upstairs to feel the vibe and you will be very shocked and surprised !

Maybe next time the rubbish bin can put in a more seeable place.
