Volcanic Ocean View (Ponta Delgada historic center)

This is a lovely apartment on the 16th floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It’s bright and spacious. It was cleaned to a very high standard and was one of the best kitted out apartments we have stayed in. The kitchen was well laid out, with good appliances and all the utensils you could need. There were two comfy sofa areas (I think one may be the sofa bed but we didn’t check as we didn’t need it) to sit and chill as well as seating on the balcony and a large kitchen table for 6. Beds and bedding were very comfortable with plenty of towels and beach towels too. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Bathrooms and showers (en-suite and main) were both very good. The car park space is easy to access. We stayed 7 nights for a mixed island tour / walking holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bruno was an excellent host, fluent in English for those who need it. His meet and greet was really helpful with good instructions. He also provided some very helpful guidance on local places to visit and restaurants. All in all we would highly recommend it and would have no hesitation to book again.

The Location was awesome, by the restaurants on the waterfront, and in Old Town by the Shops and boutiques. The view of the bay was beautiful.

A minor issue about parking in the building. This was rectified as soon as the manager new about it.

Large, well-equipped apartment with lovely views over the harbour. Is in an older building behind a shopping mall so the access areas are not glamorous but it is super-safe (e.g. 24/7 security on the mall entrance). Car park was really safe and easy to access. Bruno was very helpful and gave some excellent recommendations for our stay. We appreciated that beach towels were provided and the change of bath towels mid week.

Nothing - the apartment was perfect for us. I suggested to Bruno that having more information before our stay would have been really helpful.

We are repeat guest. Spectacular Views with convenience. Clean. Host was great. Easy to expolre the city on foot with a number of restaurants nearby. We treated this apartment as if it were our own place.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful apartament, with nice view, spotless clean, with everything you need. Bruno is very nice and helpfull . One of the best places I’ve been. Totally recomended.
