The location was excellent and direction given for check in / parking process was specific and easy to follow.

The toilet door and airconditioner could be improved further.

Location is good. Staff is helpful to rectify issues.

Toilet sink always stuck. Hinges faulty. Delay in clean up and handing over the cards before check-in.

I like the large space that fitted for families with elderly and teens.

I wouldn't say dislike but just a suggestion, keep a mop for cleaning to deal with some spillage on floor and so on cause you know if customers with toddlers.. Other than that, it was a SUPERB!

Good location.

The apartment was quite run-down. When we arrived, the lock on the kitchen door to the balcony was broken. I had to contact the property management company to send someone to repair. The painting on the walls had been covered in watermarks that looked dirty, the paint on the downstairs bedroom wall was constantly chipping, and a piece of the wall was literally falling before our eyes. The rain shower tap in the ensuite bathroom wasn't working properly, but the management team fixed it. The day before we left, the door frame popped up all of a sudden and we nearly tripped over going to the balcony! Hopefully it this is now fixed. All in all, the management staff did their best, but I will not return to this property on my next visit.
