地點很好，下樓就有賣場、便超市、早餐等，機能齊全。

浴室功能不好，掛蓮蓬頭的架子壞了，只提供沐浴乳，其他什麼都沒有，洗澡的感受真的很不好。 環境方面，不確定是否本來就很容易有螞蟻，應該比較適合年輕人住宿。
