The welcome file was informative. It had names of nearby restaurants and menus which I found to be a nice touch.

- WiFi didn’t work in my unit and I kindly asked the reception lady to assist but I was met impolitely with a hostile response. - Receptionist went into my unit when I went to the shops because she wanted to fix the TV that I had complained about. - There was frozen milk in the fridge which I feel should be removed whether it’s a courtesy or not.
