Raven Wing 2 Apartment- Highland Club Scotland

We were able to book at very short notice, just on a whim. We had very good communication from Charles who met us and showed us around the facilities on arrival. This includes a guest lounge with billiard table, other games, a pulpit and interesting stained glass.The apartment was well set up, warm and comfortable with good information provided. There is a small swimming pool but sadly it had a malfunction so we didn't get to use it. The place is also just a short walk from several pubs and restaurants right by the canal locks.

The area was the only thing we liked

The block the flat was in felt like a tenement building. The flat itself had a smell that made my husband feel sick when we were inside, he was okay while outside in the fresh air. We left early as he felt really unwell.

very easy to find, given tour upon arrival. shown to our rooms and then left to it! complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits were a lovely touch.

Very easy to get in touch via WhatsApp which is clearly actively monitored during office hours-replies within seconds. Liked having a tour of the facilities when we arrived so we didn’t need to spend lots of time figuring that out. Accomodation well equipped and child friendly-hosts thoughtful and put high chair in without us asking as they knew the age of our wee ones.

Bed was uncomfortable but otherwise no complaints.

The Abbey it's self is stunning. The grounds are beautiful.

The apartment needs a makeover. Needs a good clean. The oven pans were dirty clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Dirty paint work. Bathroom was damp mould around showerglass and bath seal. . No pool towels as suggested. This apartment is not luxury it is not part of the highland club. It is privately owned.

Was greeted on our arrival and given a short tour. Location was fantastic and apartment excellent. Lovely welcome basket with wine shortbread and everything we needed was in the apartment as well as milk coffee tea and sugar 😊

Was an excellent location for exploring the highlands, central as a jumping stone for Inverness and Skye.

The pool times were limiting when you are out all day exploring. Would have been great for better options for swimming in the evening.
