It was spacious and comfortable for us.. the view also great at night..

Check-in and check-out process was super smooth. A dedicated person was arranged to meet us upon arrival at apartment lobby and to hand us the keys to apartment and parking access card. The staff also guided us all the way to the assigned parking lot for the apartment unit. Facilities in the apartment were complete with electrical items such as air-conditioning, washing machine, kettle, fridge etc. all working well. Shoe rack was also included. Area for clothes drying was superb with clothing items including short jeans drying up quickly overnight. This apartment unit in Block E offered a view of the Mount Kinabalu right from the balcony.

Lighting at the parking lots were dim. There is a rubbish dumpster sitting on the road below our unit. Fortunate that we were on Level 9.

The property was clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even helped us to bring our stuffs from the car straight to the loft, as we were a first timer to stay here.

The water supply was cut off during our trip. This affected our mood and we were not really happy with the incident.

Clean and many facilities provided

Master Bedroom Aircon keeps switching off by itself. Wifi inside bedroom sometimes lagging

Very good owner and Very Friendly staff Complete Facilities House Very Comfortable..Just a little bit Problem with Wi-Fi but its ok.. We Got free Fruit from owner.. Tq so much
