SGRoom size
I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with SRY Service Oy (Jari). Unfortunately, I found the attitude of the owner to be unsuitable for the service industry. Repeatedly being told to "cancel your booking" if I felt unhappy was neither professional nor welcoming. As customers, we are paying for a service and expect to be treated with respect. If the owner is unwilling to address questions or concerns, it would be better to decline the booking upfront rather than create a negative experience.

We were running out of toilet paper and could not reach a staff, that could bring us new one. The communication is not so good as I would have wished for.
FIVery close to the slopes with all the necessary things for skiers. If you are not asking for super comfort, but just need relatively cheap accommodation with walking distance to the slopes.
Apartment is a bit worn out inside. We did not manage to start the fire in the fireplace because of not good chimney draft. Sauna is quite old and starts smelling when you put water on the stones. Apartment 201 has windows towards the parking lot.

IEFIBasics are good. Location, kitchen is usable etc
Bedroom with bunk bed is minimal, too small to be called a room. So place is tooo small for 4 adults. Cleaning was not too good, there were used panties we found when we came. Also personnel all together was not too service oriented, for example arguing back when I asked why they are saying we need to pay extra 265e for the room if we return keys late(we returned them on time). Also remember to bring your own toilet paper.
