Art-House Kurort Rathen

Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung und sehr ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte An und Abreise. Alles rundum perfekt. Würde ich immer wieder weiterempfehlen. An der Einrichtung war alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Kamin in der Stube und Fußbodenheizung.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles perfekt und gemütlich.

Toll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung! Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah und fußläufig erreichbar, eine schöne Terrasse schließt sich an die Wohnung an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Urlaubszeit war wunderschön – sehr bequem und gemütlich, umgeben von Natur und sicherlich voller Schönheit

Det var en fin beliggenhed og hyggelig terrasse. Der var alt man skulle bruge.

Det lugtede af fugtig kælder og jeg tror der er problemer med skimmelsvamp. Der lugtede også af parfume, måske for at dække den dårlige lugt.

Bed was somewhat damp on the first night

we liked that the property was walking distance to the Bastei bridge. however, it was not as close as it is referred to by the host. we liked that the property was walking distance to the river and ferry.

-the host was not clear about the amenities from the start. pack food, coffee/tea and all toiletries one might need for at-least one night or more! the nearest grocery store is in the next town. there is however a small bodega type store 5/10 minutes walking distance. and the opening hours were not clear, timely with our stay! had we known this ahead of time we would have not stayed here. as the only means of food we could get was at a restaurant. if that is what you like, then that is fine! -if you come by foot, as we were, then prepare to walk 15 minutes to the property from the ferry. it is all uphill. so with our luggage that was a big deal! -the host/booking.com was also unclear about the means of payment. at the time of booking this property, the means of payment was cash upon arrival. this is not the case! we were told short upon arrival that we had to do a bank transfer, or lose our reservation. had we known this during booking, that would have gone smoother. -the sofa-bed is a possibility for one guest, and did not have any sheets or bedding available. -the bathroom was nice, and clean. however it didn't have a plug for a bath. -the air-cooling/filtering system was placed in the bathroom and was one that constantly turned itself on every 15 minutes or so. not great enough though after a long/hot shower. the room stayed moist and would travel into the bedroom. -when trying to reach out to the host, we were met with complicated communication. and felt uncomfortable asking anything, as we were met with a non friendly attitude. example: when asked about the food/toiletries, we were told to then not stay in an appartement but in a hotel next time. the other apartments we stayed at during the same vacation, did have these things available, and were therefor confused by the lack of information before coming to this property.
