It was a really lovely stay

I guess I didn’t expect not knowing where to put our bags or clothes. The stove top settings were a bit tricky.

Tranquility It's in the bush. We had a problem with the heater and hot water. We reported the issue, and they said it was resolved. Then, on the following day, the water was cold again, and we were checking out. What I liked was that each time we reported something, they tried to fix it, hence the score of 10.

The braai stand is too low.

The place was nice and quiet

Great little place! Loved the braai area. Comfy and nice place! Loved the doggies too.

Just needs a cupboard or draws for clothing.

Vulture's is gem. It was just dissapointing that it was advertised as quiet and no noise will be allowed. The noise were however mot managrd and continued until the early hours of Sunday morning.

Nothing

This property has so much potential, but it was let down by several shabby bits like the grubby wall behind the kitchen sink. The basin in the bathroom sprung a leak which sounded very loud - to their credit they fixed it within about an hour and a half. The maintenance guy was very friendly. The design of the unit is very nice, with a nice braai area outside and lots of activities for families with children available. It is well equipped.

Grubby wall behind the sink. The fridge had not been turned on and unfortunately with the problems with the water we didn't notice it. Luckily it was a cold night so our stuff in the fridge was ok. The owner did warn us, but unfortunately the neighbours made a party noise with bongo drums which was still going on early in the morning when we left. There is only one double plug which is for 4 different appliances (fridge, stove, micro wave and kettle).
