Die Lage überzeugt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, Strand, Promenade, Stadt. Schön ist auch der kleine Garten und die Terasse.

Die Wohnung war funktional ausgestattet, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da hätte auch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Am meisten hat mich jedoch gestört das die Küchenutensilien zum Teil verschmutzt waren.
