Beautiful, clean and very spacious apartment. The location is excellent, very close to the port and the center of the city. It is a bit noisy (music from the restaurant below, a school in front), but with closed windows and AC, it's no problem.

Brand new. Luxury one and. Huge Bring us cot for the baby Alex was Very helpful and polite.

Hot water ran out and wasn't back by morning but it could have been our user error, also wifi was weak except in the living room

This is a clean, spacious and perfectly located apartment in Heraklion. Plenty of room for our group of 6. And the restaurants downstairs- Kouzeineri and The Garden- were amazing!!!! We walked to the port the next morning for the ferry to Santorini and this was an easy enough walk in 15-20 mins. Hosts were very accommodating with our arrival time also! Thanks!
