Minimalistic Studio Apartments

Very central location, smack between the city and Knossos Palace. So easy to get to anywhere, also with public transportation. The owner was very kind and helpful and shared some excellent suggestions.

As someone with shoulder and back problems, not the most comfortable bed. Not awful, just could be better. We also had a hard time with the stove and the moka pot, a real struggle for these coffee addicts!

Clean, good communication with the owner, easy access to the apartment, nearby shops and local city life.

Very cramped and small accommodation — don’t expect much. The biggest issue is the noise. Right under the terrace is a street, and it’s extremely loud, like being on an “airport runway.” Cars and groups of people pass by all night, often shouting as they return from the city. It’s very difficult to sleep, and we wake up multiple times during the night. Sometimes the air gets stuffy, so the AC has to stay on constantly. If you leave the windows open at night, you won’t get any sleep because of the noise. The bathroom is small, with no ventilation and no enclosed shower area, so showering is messy and the floor quickly floods. In short, the noise is the biggest issue. 💥🎧 So minimalistic.

Great location with everything you might need in walking distance. Nice clean studio, tastefully and practically furnished. Very friendly and helpful owner, always available for any question you might ask. Ideal for a couple using it as a base to visit as many places and attractions in limited time span. Always available parking close to the house a bonus. We loved our stay there.
