The Paradise Jomtien Beach - Direct Pool Access & Steps to Beach

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Walking distance to Rompo market and beach. After midnight music really quiets down. No problems sleeping.

Poor Internet speed and bathroom flooded during heavy rain.

A spacious apartment that has everything you need. Equipped kitchen, large fridge, spacious and comfortable bed, pleasant bathroom with automatic washing machine.

As I wrote, the apartment is completely fine, but the attitude of the service agency is absolutely tragic. There were only one key to the apartment, not attached to a ring as is usual, but locked with a padlock! So if one of the pair wants to stay at home and the other goes for a walk or shopping, he won't get into the building because the keys are locked with a chip from the entrance. Or he can lock his partner at home but in the heat with no air conditioning because the a/c card is locked on the keys! When I asked the service agency for the second keys, they promised me the next day, but never heard back until the end of our stay. Another negative was the required deposit of 1000 baht, which, however, Booking does not mention anywhere. The apartment is advertised as a Suite with access to the pool, forget about it. There is a door to the pool from the small balcony, but there is no rear access, you have to go around the entire building.

Size of condo and great location.

No hot water for shower.

we have stayed many times and enjoy the room and closeness to the beach. easy to catch baht bus to go to pattaya and other places. I can recommend this hotel for single traveller or a couple

i would like to see better quality towels for the bathroom.

the bathroom had a septic smell, I used toilet cleaner every day to stop the smell
