I was at the property in the evening but there was no one to give me the keys, I even tried to calling the given number of property but there was no response, so I had to take a taxi and some how I found a new hotel room to stay for a night, It’s not fair me I had paid the amount in advance but still this happened to me, Now I can not even get my money back So I am not happy at all

"Poor and not as advertised"

Appartment is cheap, close to the beach

The appartment had very bad odor. 0 hospitality: had to wait for 1 hour to get access to the room. The description is also decieving - only dogs with upto 10kg are allowed (which made us change our plans). They say there is onsite parking, but we got it denied - only for long-term guests.

Grounds of building.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM ITS ALL A SCAM TO GET YOU THERE WITH OTHER HOTELS ROOM PICTURES AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU A inferior ROOM . Room nothing like as advertised. Dirty broken couch. No WiFi in Room. Uncomfortable bed. Very noisy area. No information from Chinese host just showed Room and left. We left after 3 nights. Seeking a refund.

"massively disappointed, let down and treated badly"

we liked the location

the property was dirty , dirty ashtrays full of cigarette ends. the towels were tiny and thin . and the sides and mirrors were dirty . the staff were very rude telling us we couldn’t stay there and then after 3 hours just as we had found somewhere else they said they made a mistake and we could stay ! but no apology!

To who it may concern. I booked a family room at Riviera Jomtien in Pattaya from the 25th – 27th November. When we got to the apartment last night, the owners advised that they hade cancelled the booking, but I had not received any email from them or from Booking.com. As a result of this I had to find some other accommodation for myself and my children, but Booking.com has still has my money. I wish the total amount refunded as soon as possible as I am now out of pocket. Thank you Somsri Jandeeda
