Lovely 2 bed / 2 bath bungalow in a nice complex with access to a few pools (one with a restaurant). 2 minutes from closest beach and same in the other direction to shops/restaurants. A short walk/taxi to central Costa Teguise. Bruno who manages the property was very professional, helpful and friendly in all our interactions. He arranged for an item for my 3 year old daughter before we arrived, he provided several good recommendations for restaurants, and when we notified him of small issue at the bungalow he arrived within minutes to sort it out. Very relaxing and nice stay.

Location excellent. Convenient for shops, restaurants and beach. Complex clean and well cared for, bungalow was hard to fault. Bruno looked after us extremely well with a couple of minor issues - we would strongly recommend it.

Bruno contacted us to give exact details of how to get into the property the day before we travelled. He then visited us at the property on the evening of our arrival to check everything was ok, provide some tips and advise and unfortunately the smoke alarm beeped occasionally as the battery was running low so Bruno went straight to the shop to get a new battery and returned to swap it over. The bungalow was extremely homely, cosy and had everything you possibly needed including a coffee machine and a step that my youngest used for the bathroom sink to brush his teeth. The cupboards in the kitchen were packed with every kind of utensil and usable item you could think of.

I cannot think of anything that could have been changed to improve our stay any. My only gripe was that we had to leave and come home ! No negatives.

The accommodation was as described on booking. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extras like washing machine, dishwasher, excellent hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, WiFi, etc. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the coastal walkway. This is a safe and quiet residential area. We were greeted by our host on arrival and received a lot of helpful information about the place. Bruno was very helpful and advised on where to see, how to hire bikes and where to shop and visit on the island. Overall, it was better than we expected. We would love to come back. We would highly recommend this bungalow which was spotlessly clean. Hosts were very friendly.

Carolina was the perfect host. Ease of booking and communication was excellent from start to finish. Carolina even booked a taxi to the airport for us when we were leaving. Thank you for all your help Carolina.
