La localisation, l'aspect authentique de la maison, la communication avec la personne.

Le plafond trop bas à l'étage, peu d'espace dans la maison, les lits individuels trop petits, le canapé très dur et non convertible, la prise qui sort du mur, pas de WiFi, douche petite et salle de bain et toilettes avec vue sur les voisins, le robinet s'arrache.
