appartamento Ostia a due passi dal mare by ACS HOLIDAYS

It was easy to access the appartment and was overal quiet. It is not in the center but still quite close to supermarket and to the beach if you like to walk. The building itself is nice.

The place is quite overused- unfortunately although looking new and modern on the pictures in reality everything looks overused, we had the feeling for not clean and tidy place. It is dark during the day, as it is on the ground floor and looks to an inyard. The terace although big doesn't have any view- and is not nice at all to stay outside. The bathroom needs to be cleanned in details as you can see fungus. All cuppboards were untidy, all kithen utencils are very very old. Staying there 1 week was really not nice. But if you go for a few days it could be ok. Even bed sheets were old.

This apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and facilities were working. There is a gas cooker and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and TV. The bed is comfortable and shower had good pressure and temperature. The owner is lovely and very helpful. The apartment is near the train station which takes you to the airport, food shops take aways and a nice coffee shop. There is a beautiful beach 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful area and pleasant people.

Better clean at the terrace, it is nice to spend warm evening there.
