Fairy Tales Ostia

Perfect location for both beach and city.

The apartment was between the beach and rome, which was perfect for us! With the metro you need about an hour to get to the colosseum. Emmanuele was great and always available per Whatsapp. He helped us as fast as possible with all the problems or questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us. There is a small shop right under the apartment and a pizzeria as well as a bar(italien) right around the corner.

The amount of kitchen utensils could be a bit larger, there were 4 spoons, which meant we had to clean them immediatly after eating each time. And the vacuum cleaner seemed to be quite weak, so we mainly used the broom.

A wonderful apartment with everything you need, two balconies, two bathrooms, comfortable beds and a 5-minute walk to the sea. Free parking under the house without problems. Emanuel is a very attentive host, he quickly got in touch, gave recommendations on how to get where we needed to go, recommended interesting places and good restaurants nearby. Organized a crib and everything necessary for the child. Thank you for a good holiday and wonderful impressions

The apartment was clean when we came in and it was nice that the metro and buses were close with a short walk. The property is close to the sea and has many good restaurants around. Everything we needed was close by which was very convenient.

Emanuele is a very attentive host. He's helpful and readily accessible for anything from suggestions to help. We have stayed in 3 of his properties and he has always gone above and beyond. All three have been the best in Ostia (we have stayed in a total of 6 apartments there). The location is perfect for our needs (not holiday) with a grocery store and bar in the same building.

The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors but it seems like that's the norm for all apartments we've stayed at in Ostia except another managed by Emanuele called Welcome Home, which has been my favorite so far there.

Good location above a supermarket and bar which has amazing breakfast choices. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Nice building. Emanuele, other than being friendly, took care of any problems we had immediately.

There is little noise insulation from the other apartments and we heard everyone, every word, from all around. It scared us at times how loud they were.

Overall it was ok. the beds were comfortable and it waa spacious as expected. the building is nice as well.

The smaller shower was not clean, with problems in the drainage. the kitchen was not well equipped for 5 guests and cooking.
