Every detail has been thought of and everything is excellent quality. We felt very comfortable and very at home but with added luxury.

Location was perfect for us - everything walkable or easy to access public transport. The accommodation has everything you could need (a real home from home) and very comfy beds at the end of the day.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The property was lovely and cosy - a perfect set up for me and my baby boy. The property is well thought out and is so homely. So clean and well maintained -

Pennine view is a lovely, cosy, restful nest. I loved the messages and notes around the house. The children had toys to play with and books that suited their taste. Well equipped kitchen. It was so lovely we wished we were there for longer. Adele is a great host. Thank you.

TV had a good selection of channels, bottle of wine was very welcome. Kitchen very well equipped.

Parking was at the back of the houses in a dingy area which did not have enough room to park our 7 series BMW safely in. The whole parking area was full of cars, vans and camper vans all really close to each other. My husband is a professional driver so it is not like he was inexperienced in parking a car. We arrived late at night which made it even worse, there were puddles everywhere, potholes and visibility was poor so getting around and finding the room was a little bit tricky. Heating was either on full blast and really hot or if you turned it down to 18.5 as suggested it was too cold. We arrived late on Friday and were out all day on Saturday returning at about 11 so we did not feel it was appropriate to contact the owner to raise this. Hot water for the bath was a bit odd, apparently you needed to put it on really slow and then it would come hot. This worked on Sat morning eventually but not on Sunday, the water was cold so I left it. Stairs up to the property were an issue for us, they were narrow and steep. Overall for what you are paying I would say this is reasonable value but it was not what we expected so we were disappointed. It didn't help that the vendor asked us to give them any negative feedback direct so that they would not receive a poor score on Booking.com! I am a great believer in leaving an honest review.

I stayed at Pennine View Apartments and had an amazing experience. The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully kept. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and everything was spotless. The location was perfect—quiet but close to shops and transport. The staff were welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Pennine View Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

I liked the location, the bed and sofas were very comfortable.

I did not like many notes scattered all over the place including warning me that I would be charged extra for things, such as if I clogged a toilet I would have to pay for a plumber. The note that if any silverware was missing I would be charged £50 for a new set. The note that if I didn't clean anything I used in the kitchen properly I would be charged extra for extra cleaning time. There was a very specific coffee maker that only took specific coffee pods that were not provided. I especially did not like the note I received from the owner asking me for a 10 out of 10 review and any negative feedback back would preferably come to her directly and not noted in this review.
