Easy parking. Good location. Modern equipment.

Carpets and blankets, which is problematic when allergic to mites. No walls between rooms, therefore not suitable for families with kids.

The kitchen was easy to use. I liked that there was an assortment of dishes and pots and pans.

There was not enough hot water for the bath. After one person used it, we had to wait a while before we could get hot water.The breakers for the microwave and refrigerator went up three times. The breakers went up even though we were not using multiple electrical devices.

The property is very nice for affordable rentals in the area. There was a small issue, however the owner was very friendly and responsive to phone calls. He was able to quickly resolve the issue as well.

Vic is a great host and provided accurate and complete check in information in a timely manner. We were able to find parking very close to this ideally located unit. Everything was very clean and the unit is well maintained. The condition of this condo reflects that this rental caters to responsible and mature groups. For what it’s worth, our stay was during a substantial snow storm, and this rental offered everything we needed to stay warm and dry. Though there are several restaurants close by, the well equipped kitchen was nice for preparing meals as opposed to dining out. There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy within a short walk. Additionally, there are several bus stops with a block from this unit.
