Very specious for a studio nice clean with fully equipped kitchen great comfortable bed the host was amazing he let me check out 3 hours later will definitely stay again

Do not book this apartment – dirty and poorly maintained. We strongly suspect that the reviews for this accommodation are fake. Based on the condition we found it in, there is absolutely no way this place deserves a 10. We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. It was clearly not cleaned before our arrival: • Cupboards were sticky and full of crumbs • Under the bed (which stands free) was a visible pile of dirt • Under the sofa bed we found an empty crisps bag and a soda bottle • The sofa was stained • The oven was sticky, with a dirty window and unclean interior • The fridge had stains both inside and outside • Even the bins were dirty, with food stains on them We contacted the landlord, assuming cleaning was accidentally skipped, but after one message he stopped replying and insisted the place had been cleaned. Other issues: • Shower constantly drips – audible from the bed, very disturbing • Ventilation system makes a moaning noise all night • Entry was a struggle – codes didn’t work as described; luckily a resident let us in • Parking remotes barely worked due to empty batteries • The windows were filthy, and the view was over a trash-filled deserted lot We cannot recommend this place and feel it is falsely advertised. We asked for a discount because we had to clean the entire place before we could even settle in. This request was refused.

Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had more than what I needed for preparing lunches during my weekend stay, the bed allowed me to stay well rested and the TV was used for a great movie night with a friend.

Only negative was that the shower didn't stop dripping no matter how the dial was turned which occasionally made a distracting noise when trying to sleep. But this was normally drowned out by the humming of the building's heating/AC which helped me sleep.

Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable. Great amenities, just perfect for a home away from home
