The comfortable bed was the best feature. Although the facilities were described as shared I never actually saw any other guests at all, so I had all the facilities to myself!

When I arrived nobody was there to meet me although I had been told by Booking.com that someone would meet me at the property. I arrived at around 10 pm and it was very cold and dark. When I telephoned the property no-one answered on my first 4 calls! Eventually someone answered and did not seem to be expecting me at all, even though I had told them of my arrival time and had paid in full! She arranged for someone else to come and let me into the property, but I had been left outside in the cold and dark, worrying for quite some time! Unacceptable really, despite profuse apologies.

Was filthy, unsanitary, uncomfortable and non compliant in refund.

Just needed better how you get keys on first night! It was bit hard
