This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Luxury Central MK Apartment with Free Parking, Balcony and Smart TV with Sky TV and Netflix by Yoko Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A pre check email will be sent to you 7 days prior to the arrival date where you will be required to upload a copy of your ID, sign the Terms & Conditions as well as pay a refundable security deposit. Please kindly note this will have to be completed in order for the check in instructions to be sent.
