Appartamento Lu Fraili

De accommodatie heeft een fijn zwembad, en ligt op een goede locatie vlakbij de mooiste stranden. Bij aankomst lagen er broodjes en wat te drinken klaar.

Sommige dingen waren aan vervanging toe zoals de matrassen en handdoeken. Er was niet aangegeven dat het appartement in het huis van de eigenaren is.

The apartment was part of the owners' house. It was fully equipped. This included beach gear such as two parasols, a portable fridge, a blanket and folding chairs. Children could play with toys and inflatables in the pool. The owners kindly tolerated their perhaps slightly loud laughter. The house was located in a quiet area close to important places and beautiful beaches. We felt really good there.

The windows in two of the rooms faced an enclosed space, so they couldn't be used for ventilation and there was less sunlight in the rooms. However, this wasn't a major issue. Ventilation was possible through the large doors leading to the terrace.

We had a fantastic holiday. Hosts were very helpful with usefull information, checking all the time if everything is OK, or if we need something, they don't speak english but we managed to comunicate reasonable (google translate). Decent size of the pool, very clean, in the evening it's totally in the shadow, which is nice. Very good location , nice restaurants & supermarkets in the area. For beach, we recomend "La Cinta", it's free with generous parking , there is a closer one, "Lu Impostu", but you need to book in advance with 48 hours and it's a charge to access it as well. Trips we did : Grotte del bue marino , with a boat trip from Cala Gonone. Archipeleago La Maddalena day boat trip from Palau (you need to check the company, be aware that some of them (Petagus) have very incomfortable wooden benches. Historical town Posada, with Castello della Fava , and Su Tiriazu beach - nice beach, not busy Sunrise from Panorama su Capo Coda Cavalo , absolutely magnificent.
