Carlo is an excellent host. The whole communication went smoothly, he provided me with all the information I needed even before I asked for it - clearly and concisely. The location is excellent - for arriving , for staying and for exploring beautiful Montepulciano. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and clean. You have everything you may need. Definitely recommend it.

"Love the little balcony and how u can open up the doors to look out"

No breakfast but coffee available and tea. Location was central so good

Thicker pillow and a broom and dust pan to clean up crumbs from snacks
