"Very Good Neighborhood"

Has free parking spot and 10 min by walk to the city center. Neighbourhood is quiet and home was clean. It has everything you need (to cook or watch TV etc) from a place to stay.

Not really a negative thing, but home is not luxury. The kitchen appliences are not seen to very clean. However we hadn’t need them, night be problem if you are looking forward to cook at home.

"A practical and comfortable flat for travellers"

We found the flat quite easily with the help of the GPS. The whole flat was impeccably clean and well maintained. The owner had left wine bottles to be purchased and trusted us to leave the amount at the dining table. The shower was excellent and the towels were clean and fresh. There was a pizza take away a- 8 min walk from the flat. Parking was next to the flat and very convenient. The walk to the town/village was about 15 min but not unpleasant.

Nothing to complain about this place.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We wished we had booked 2 nights there instead of just one. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to see Montepulciano.

Good location, near to the historic centre. Easy check-in and free parking outside.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t hot water for shower. The mattress was wear and uncomfortable.

Everything was clean and tidy, we received precise instructions on how to get there, the host was available for any question The location is really nice and quiet There was also wine if it looked at a really low price We liked very much
