A&B

Neoi Epivates is a village of houses and villas located close to Thessaloniki, about 15 km. It is frequented mainly by Greeks, as it is not a tourist village. But you can find tavern after tavern with fish, traditional Greek snacks or grill (not soups or dishes), coffee bars and sweet shops specific to Greece or Italian ice cream. Anyone who wants more of a touristic atmosphere can go to the next village (Pereia) or to Thessaloniki, by ferry, bus or taxi. Friday is the local market with vegetables, fruit, spices, green plants, clothing and household items - all displayed on stalls. The beaches are narrow with fine sand, the water does not have great depths until a long distance from the shore. A&B is a family guesthouse at a distance of 5 minutes from the beach. It has an apartment on the ground floor (with three bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, has shutters and air conditioning). Another apartment is upstairs being lived in by the two young hosts (Angelos and Vicki / angel and queen / A&B). The apartments have completely separate entrances. The most outstanding feature of the location are the hosts. Having an innate kindness, he provides information to any question and there is no unanswered request... Communication is always accompanied by solicitude, smile and delicacy which makes you feel relaxed as in a loving family. There was an incident caused by a torrential rain effect of the capricious September weather and we got over it with serenity only thanks to the attitude of the two young hosts. If we were to return to Northern Greece, we would probably return to A&B which seems to be the ideal place for families with children or small groups of friends coming to relax.

location is perfect! Garden in front of apartment is absolutely all that you want during summer vacation! The most fabulous thing about apartment is soul that is given by hosts!

There is not single thing that is not good. Host are so kind and available 24 hours!
