All was really nice , amazing, location near to walking street, and easy to get to famous coffee shops in Prathamnak , clean room all facilities, we really was enjoying to stay here , and recommend this place , we would like to stay there more

Host active response, proper guidelines, arrangement of rooms on time. Was truly exceptional

Lack of tea maker which was provided last time was one miss also torn sofa cover was something not good for an exceptional property.

Location and facilities

I chose this place mainly because of its close proximity to the city center. At first glance, the room looked fine; however, during my stay I experienced several serious issues.

When I touched the seating area sofa, I immediately started experiencing intense itching, which continued while I was in the room. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room were not sufficient. The area behind the bed was extremely dusty; I kept sneezing while inside the room, and this stopped as soon as I went outside. The leather sofa did not feel hygienic and had visible stains on it. There was a washing machine in the room, but it was not usable, which was disappointing as it was listed as an amenity. The most serious issue was that the air conditioner fell off the wall due to water leakage. It was located in the bedroom, right next to the side where I was sleeping. This situation posed a clear safety risk and made me feel very unsafe, as it could have happened during the night. Given these issues, I did not feel that the property management or owner paid enough attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Under these circumstances, I believe a refund would have been appropriate. As someone who works on a computer, I also found the chairs very uncomfortable. Overall, my stay did not meet expectations. I believe that the agent or property owner should focus not only on payment but also on guest satisfaction. Even though it has been three weeks since I left, I still feel frustrated when I think about this experience. Additionally, I was dealing with a foot injury at the time, which made the situation even more difficult.
