this is the best location AirBNB. It is at the heart of everything, it is walking distance to Tropicana Mall, The Strand, and Giza Mall, the eateries choices - you will be spoilt. Too much good food, too little time, from local authentic dishes to restaurants in malls. Convenience store, supermarkets, bakery dim sum and best sushi within walking distance. Nice host Joey and Alan, very responsive and very clear directions from checking in to checking out. Parking at basement is very safe too, bright and you will always see guards patrolling around.

The toilets can have a better scrub down by the cleaners.

Location is nearby the mrt and one of the most affordable apartment in the area.

There's a deposit needed for the stay. It's stated in the listing so my bad for missing it when I booked. It's ok to pay a deposit but it felt like there are many rules to follow once I paid the deposit. I can understand that the purpose is to prevent bad rental behaviors but I find it quite stifling to stay here as there are a set of rules of follow and must make sure to check that everything is in order before you stay in case you get charged for something that is already damaged before.
