Great value for money !

Nice apartment with a perfect price-to-quality ratio. The location is excellent: just 200 meters from the bus station, a 10-minute walk to the San Eugenio shopping center with a Mercadona supermarket, Siam Park water park is also about 10 minutes away, and Siam Mall shopping center is around 15 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The apartment has quite a lot of furniture — you can tell that someone used to live here permanently not long ago. The furniture is not new, but everything is clean, neat, and in working order. The beds are comfortable, and the mattresses are firm — a big plus for me, since I have back problems. Most of the appliances are new: a large TV with Smart TV functionality, a modern fridge, and a washing machine. There's also an additional TV in the bedroom. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi — it’s not always easy to find on Tenerife, and it was important for us. The complex has two swimming pools — one for adults and one for children — perfect for swimming or just relaxing. The balcony offers a sea view: having breakfast or dinner with that view was a real pleasure. We were 100% satisfied with our stay.

In the apartment, there is a bathtub, but I prefer a shower cabin.
