Просторная светлая чистая квартира

Апартаменты находятся рядом с конюшней, во дворе запах навоза. В квартире слабое отопление, которое не регулировалось, в большой комнате было прохладно по утрам. Чемоданы пришлось затаскивать по лестнице на третий этаж. Магазинов рядом нет. На матрацах были только шершавые чехлы, за пользование простынями с нас из залога 150 евро вычли 30 евро, было неприятно. То есть за стирку 4-х простыней удержали 30 евро.

"Super Appartement unheimlich schöne umgebung."

Sehr sehr, gastfreundlich. Super netter Empfang. Wir hatten einen mega bergblick vom großen Balkon aus. Schönes Appartement sogar mit TV. Liebevoll vorbereitet und super sauber. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Norddeutschland.

"Bad communication and no response"

Location is looking good

Very bad communication , I had an issue with my flight canceled and I contact the property many times and sent them all documents needed to prove my out of my hand situation and to just have a solution or update my booking dates and minus first night but no any response at all ! They just declined my request via booking .com and get 600 EUR for free . By the way I start contact them arround 3 days before arriving but no response ! Communication is the most Important point with a guest and never book Non refunds from apartments!
