Location is convenient, with dedicated parking assigned

The premise is not well maintained, towel and bed sheet have smell, toilet basin has broken but didn’t not replaced , lighting is toilet was dim

Spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is great but with more extra mattress with pillows and blanket is another level

The lift going to parking level 2 is limited. Moreover the cleaning contractor has been using the guest lift to throw all the rubbish

Near to lift and big space

Low water pressure and some time no water at all if both bathroom used. Washing machine not working and crack on bathroom sink.

Washing machine out of service🥴

Our recent stay was quite enjoyable. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony. It was spacious. The room itself was great and comfortable, allowing us plenty of room to move around. We found it easy to get around the property and explore the surrounding area. Access to the garden was easy but going there was confusing at first but eventually, we figured it out.

Unfortunately we had a few issues. The water pressure from the hose was low, making it difficult to clean. The washing machine and dish dryer were both dirty, and there wasn't enough laundry rack space though it would be a great addition along with outdoor seating area since the balcony was already quite spacious. Additionally, the toilet seat in one of the rooms was loose and wobbly.
