Host was being helpful and responsive. We had to check out a bit late cause we lost our car key and host was being kind enough to let us do it without extra charge, thank you. Suitable for family. Good location.

A bit confusing to find the parking spot but host was responsive helping us to sort it out.

Location was nice. have multiple convenient store and restaurants at the ground for of the premise. more eateries and shops adjacent to the premise and just a few minutes walk away from the Major Mall (IMAGO)

Elevator could do more programming and more strict regulation should be enforced for swimming pool user as not to enter the elevator or walk around dripping wet as i almost slipped due to wet floors. Room should be refurbished once in a while as they were some damaged items to the rooms that needed some repairs.
