Good location in walking distance to gorge, main beach, surf club and shops. Nice pool.

Quite old. Some dangerous nails on deck. Bathroom in need of a Reno. Not very clean.

"great location, unit needs work"

good location

the unit was unclean and run down, very dusty, dusty under the bed and the window sills. the blinds in the main bedroom were broken. the blind to the back courtyard was mouldy and dirty. The back courtyard we couldn’t get to because the door wouldn’t open and the sliding doors to the front balcony wouldn’t slide easily and very hard to close.
