The facilities.. Comfortable and cleanliness. Spacious room, good for family and group of friends.. Near food court area in asia city.

The location before entering the house look so quiet and bit dark when night time..

地理位置优越，离大型超市就隔一条街，楼下7-11和餐厅也非常多，吃喝出行都非常方便。房间面积大，每个房间都有卫生间，餐厅桌椅适合人多聚餐，厨具齐全，我们十个人，空间很大，非常舒适。管理人员沟通很顺畅，也会及时帮忙处理突发状况，态度非常好。

不是每天都有人清理垃圾，需要提前预约，导致我们的垃圾需要堆在对面废弃屋子。房门密码锁坏了，不能锁门，我们也是最后一天才发现，原来住了那么多天每天都没有锁门，好在治安良好。

the property is second floor (shop lot) with 4 bedrooms and 1 sofabed. unfortunately there is no lift. but its okay after makan makan you can exercise. first bathroom ada leaking so banjir lah mandi
