Arco´s Apartment 1

V ubytování byla cítit plíseň. Pod ložnicemi je restaurace. Starý strop nemá vůbec žádnou izolaci, tak že slyšíte každé slovo. Díky tomu se nevyspíte ani v noci ani ráno. Když se vám večer povede usnout, tak uklízení židli a lavic vás zaručeně probere. :-(

O único ponto positivo foi o estacionamento.

A limpeza não estava bem feita, o apartamento tem muita humidade e ouve-se muito barulho a partir das 7h da manhã no café que fica em baixo. Tanto o duche como o lavatório não escorrem bem a água, o que se torna muito desagradável para tomar banho. Uma das camas faz muito barulho.

Bien situé pour randonnée dans le parc sete Cidades et se baigner à ponta da Ferraria; grand appartement bien équipé, avec patio et place de parking ; Check in et Check out facile avec clé ; supermarché et bar à proximité.

Salle de bain petite et pas de wc séparé

Posizione ottima per visitare la parte occidentale dell'isola, grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori, dotazioni dell'appartamento complete, paesino (Ginetes) incantevole con chiesa e supermercato.

La presenza di un bar al piano terra che apre presto la mattina (e le voci di chi lo frequenta si sentono) penalizza l'appartamento, però è un modo come un altro per "immergersi" nella realtà locale, quindi va bene così.

Cons: the flat is very worn out, you won't open the cupboards as they stink really terribly, crockery/glasses were not clean, I had to wash them. The cleaning was very superficial. The worst of all was the noise from the bar that was right below the flat. The noise is really bad, either you sort it with earplugs or you have to survive it from 7 am, after 11pm it's getting quiet. Btw.one can even understand what the guests argue about, that's how loud it is.. Pros: appreciated the kitchen towels, functioning washing machine even with capsules. Bed and towels were clean, bed very comfy. The host was available at all times online.

Big, clean and stylish apartment. There's everything you may need in it

The apartment is situated just above a bar. In the evening andin the morning we heard just every voice from the bar :(

It was quite spacious and it has everything you need for a few days there

A little bit noisy because of thin walls between the bedroom and with the bar downstairs

Large and comfortable apartment, ideal for a family. Located above a bar, closing at 22h, which thus does not cause trouble for sleeping. Ideally situated to visit the western part of Sao Miguel. We enjoyed our stay!
