The flat is big and comfortable with all needed appliances ( washing machine, drying machine, kitchen is fully equipped), big tv etc. Additionally, the location is good, around 10min away from city center of Ponta Delgada by car. The host Nuno is a fantastic guy that speaks fluently different languages and is always ready to help with any questions or needs. Definitely a nice place to rest for family vacations (quite building).

Two of beds make a little bit of noise when moving around. Still, this was just a problem cause we had a baby of 5months with us. A normal adult will probably sleep through it all night

The host was just great. Very helpful and generous even when we needed help that was not related to the apartment. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. There are 2 aircondotions, a washing machine and a dryer. There is a private and secured parking and it takes 5 minutes drive to supermarket, restaurants.

Very clean and nice apartment. We arrived late and the host had left us fruit, some breakfast, beer etc. The host Nuno is brilliant, he gave us so many tips for what to do. He was very attentive and ready to ask questions any time, really helpful.

From the minute you book this property you’ll be definitely in good hands!! The information given as soon as we booked and the attentiveness we received whilst staying at the apartment was amazing. Nuno the host was always ready to help in whatever way and his little gifts along our stay were really appreciated by all of us. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four, well equipped and close to the center and airport(10 min by car).

Nuno was an extraordinary host! Always attentive and available to help us! He managed to make us feel right at home and for that we are grateful! We have traveled a lot, but I have never had a host as wonderful as him! Thank you very much for the gifts that we have received! The apartment is very clean and equipped with absolutely everything you need! It is spacious and very well placed!

The flat was amazing, well decorated and very clean. The host Mr. Nuno was amazing and communicated regularly with us. On the day of arrival showed us the flat and explained us everything necessary. The flat is in a good location close to Ponta Delgada city centre, just a 5min drive. There is on a walking distance a coffee shop and a supermarket nearby.

It's not actually something I didn't like but be aware the flat is on the third floor and there isn't any lift and several stairs.

I repeat what all of the other reviews say, clean, well decorated, nice size 2 bedroom and AMAZING host. Nuno was one of the best hosts we have experienced in over 60+ countries we have been to. Nuno made us feel very welcome to Sao Miguel and ensured us that if we ever needed anything, we could simply ask. Thank you Nuno for being an exceptional human.
