We had a very pleasant stay. The owners are extremely attentive – we were welcomed with water, fruits and homemade jam, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment is perfectly adequate in size for two people and, with its slightly older style, has a certain charm. The garden is beautiful, and we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves.

As a small remark, there was a particular smell in the apartment that unfortunately did not disappear after a few days. Apart from that, we felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our time here.

The villa was exactly what my husband and I were looking for during our week-long stay in the Azores. Traditional Portuguese style with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including AC (not that you need it), pool towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was a real pleasure to wake up to the sound of birds, make coffee with the beans we picked up from Intz48 (best coffee on the island — ask the owner to grind it for a Moka or percolator), step into the garden, and enjoy the peace and quiet. The location is ideal — just 10–15 minutes into the heart of Ponta Delgada. It was great to be close to everything without being right in the middle of the busy areas. The owner lives in the main house and is lovely, and their cat came to greet us every morning. Her son, who’s the main contact, was super friendly and very responsive. Having access to the pool was a great bonus. With only one other villa on the property, it felt very private. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first time on the island.

Nice swimming pool and gardens. Apartment was a good size and comfortable. Host family very pleasant and helpful.

Very musty smell on arrival and took a few days to clear.

The garden around the house is amazing. The location is great as it is close to the centre, but not in the centre, so it also ofers some peace to rest.

Bungalow is absolutely perfect for people who are looking for slow life experience, peace and quiet surroundings. Both place and the owners are very private. Garden and pool are beautiful, very well maintained. Unique place when you can take a dee breath before coming back to busy life❤️
