I really enjoyed my stay! I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything I needed. The beach is just a short walk away, along with coffee shops and restaurants.

Kirsty and Gareth made us feel welcome. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful views. Inverter backup was welcome during load shedding.

Laundry facilities would be an added bonus.

Loved the privacy, quiet and tranquil ambience of the place. It was exactly what my husband and myself needed , a relaxing and hassle free stay. Thank you. Kirsty is a great host, received us warmly and left us some yummy treats as well.

Nothing in particular..besides the wind causing some rattling of the bedroom and bathroom doors when the windows are open. Would say that the place would do great with an AC.

So many lovely touches. Fresh Milk, tea, coffee and fresh fruit plus biscuits and treats to tide you over, on arrival. Basic condiments including cooking oil available Magneto and loadshedding lights, plus gas stove and Wifi made Stage 6 loadshedding more tolerable. Friendly and concerned hosts, who assisted where they could to make our stay special. Would love to stay in touch! Very spacious unit and self contained. Extra blankets and hot water bottles were made available as weather turned cooler. Friendly dogs - home from home.

Bathroom is a bit small for tall people and door doesn't close fully - making it less private - door is easy to solve. Bedroom door scraping on tiles - a bit of sandpaper would solve this problem easily. Floorboards creaking from owners unit above, when anyone moves upstairs. However, this did not disturb us too much, as the owners were not late night owls or rising too early. Maybe some sound deadening material could assist - or we are just not used to living in an upstairs downstairs situation.
