Exquisite and Modern 2 bed Maisonette

Good location for what I needed, including when I had to move (prior to arrival) to another venue due to an issue with the original location.

Property was poorly furnished, dining room table was a disgrace for cleanliness, bathroom had mould, and kitchen items *may have been properly washed prior to our arrival, but I doubt it.

Great location, it was quiet and very comfortable, plenty of pubs and places to get food, all round great stay.

Close to Heathrow airport Beds were comfortable Owner was very responsive Plenty of wardrobe space Parking in front yard Spacious new kitchen Shops around the corner. Big supermarket a few busstops away. Bus stop around the corner. Train station close by.

It is a 4 person apartment, but there is only one couch for 2 people. Couch was uncomfortable No tea towel, no dish cloth to wipe the bench Mismatched cutlery. Broken window at the front, not a nice first impression. Shower had missing knob so the temperature could not be controlled. Owner explained that it had been ordered, but still, the water was too cold for my liking.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport or tube station via bus (around 10 mins). There was a few pans, bowls, cups and bowls in the apartment but don't expect much. Host was generally quite responsive.

We were only told of a deposit of £250 the day before our arrival. The host did refund the full £250 in the end given that we haven't broke any of the rules. However as this was not clearly stated and the whole process of asking us to transfer into a bank account did seem a bit dodgy. The apartment itself was poorly mantained. The rooms felt dusty and the coach was old. There was a window that was broken. One of the shower knobs was broken so it was impossible to control the temperature (luckily the temperature was okay). We reflected these issues to the host and it seems they are already aware of it before we stayed in the apartment. Generally wouldn't recommend staying unless the host has all of the above issues fixed.

Nothing we asked for a change of accommodation.

Broken sofa bed, headboard and window. It also reeked and walls dirty.
