die Lage war gut

In der Beschreibung steht seperates Schlafzimmer, in Wahrheit handelt es sich um einen kombinierten Flur, Wohn- und Schlafraum. Sockel waren verschimmelt und der Putz rieselte wegen Feuchtigkeit von der Wand.

Die Fewo liegt in Kühlungsborn - also einen sehr gefragten Ort. Insofern ist die Lage - etwa ein km bis zum Strand ok. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit einem normalen Standart eingerichtet. Ein dazugehöriger PKW Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Die Kaution wurde in angemessener Zeit zurückgezahlt.

Es wurde eine Kaution verlangt. Trotz Kosten für eine Endreinigung mussten Arbeiten vom Nutzer erledigt werden. Klare und fast militärische Anweisungen per Mail. Betten selbst beziehen, bei Nutzungsende abziehen und zusammen mit den Handtücher auf dem Fußboden ablegen. Wohnung besenrein verlassen. Wir nutzen sehr oft Fewo (europaweit). Sowas haben wir noch nicht gehabt. Es ist für uns selbstverständlich, dass wir eine Wohnung immer in ordentlichem Zustand verlassen.

Sofa schon sehr kaputt. Keine gute Sitzmöglichkeit für Frühstück oder Abendessen. Dusche auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
