Kaye was a very friendly hostess, giving us enough info to make us feel comfortable, directions to where we could find good dinner, and how to find our way around.

Basic motel type conditions for a very high price.

That it was available at the spur of the moment

That our privacy was breached. We were in the bathroom, figuring out the washing machine when a tenant popped in and offered assistance. She might have felt like she was only trying to help, but our privacy was shattered.

The location was excellent

The room is conveniently located in Rainbow beach and very easy to find. The property has all the amenities you would expect. It was very comfortable and clean. Extremely good value for money. Our host is very friendly. Would happily stay here again.

There is very little I could criticise. The entry is somewhat awkward, as the bed is located right next to the entrance door which makes entering and exiting a little difficult with luggage. The TV is a little small and awkwardly located in the room.

The room was lovely and clean, the host was really welcoming and gave us some great recommendations on things to do and see while we were there too. The location was also perfect and within walking distance to the main centre of town.

Little bit noisy in the morning as we were facing the street but it was a Monday morning so was to be expected.
