Cozy studio in central location of Heraklion

Great little apartment with nice touches such as a complementary drink (Raki), basic supplies - bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee etc and sweets. Good location, 5 mins walk from the centre of the City, close to the bus station with good connections to other parts of the Island.

Very friendly and detailed email from the owner prior to arrival The apartement is even nicer than in the pictures Less than 5 minutes walk from KTEL Bus Station (serving west of Crete) Everything spotlessly clean and well maintained Two large bottles of water in the fridge (thank you very much, I really enjoyed it after an exhausting journey) and even bread and small portions of jam, butter and honey for breakfast Everything you need (and even more) in the kitchen and in the bathroom

Of course it's noisy in the city and you can hear the airplanes, but that's probably the case throughout Heraklion. I still slept well with the windows open.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive, the apartment was small, but comfortable had everything we needed, there was a little balcony, I washed clothes. It was a 10 minute walk to the Lion square,the museum or the Port and bus stop., there was a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, 🏞️ Ng on the street or a little bit up the hill was no problem. The only thing was the air conditioning, there was a fan, and I think actually an air conditioning unit we only spotted later. If I was back in Herakleion I would stay here again.

Everything was amazing. They gave free food and welcome treats. Owner was so nice. Location was amazing. Apartment was clean. We will come back for sure

Because of the street it was a bit noisy but after 12.00-01.00 it was okay.

The apartment was wonderful - it had all the facilities that I needed for my comfort and to prepare meals. There was also a large balcony with a table and seating where you could enjoy al fresco eating or just sit and enjoy the weather. There were also clothes-drying racks hanging from the side of the balcony. The location was ideal being only a couple of minutes walk to the bus station (from where you could get local buses or long-distance buses which covered most of the island), port, or supermarket. Further shops and restaurants etc were slightly further walking distance, but still only a matter of minutes. The centre of town with various museums and attractions was less than quarter of an hours walk away. I met the owner's sister Eleni and mother who were both very friendly and helpful. The owner Ella was easily contactable on WhatsApp and always responded very quickly. There were several food gifts left for me when I arrived, including wine and raki, plus others brought for me during my long stay at the apartment. I would love to stay here again

Slight downside was that in the afternoon or early evening the area could be a bit noisy due to traffic on the one-way street outside the apartment, and planes from the nearby airport flying at low altitude overhead as they took off. However, by about 9pm - 10pm everything was quiet so sleep was never disturbed, and I still enjoyed the use of the balcony at all times of the day.

Near bus station, port and old city. Not only all necessary things, but also couzy interior, different dishes, tea, coffee, wine, sweets - small things that make you happier.

Noise of planes - seems like the plane will land in your room.

Good location, fully equipped studio. Welcome amenities and sweets were appreciated.

Great location for me near the bus station. It made travel to other places very easy. Nice accommodation. Everything you need to feel comfortable and to take great care of yourself while away from your own home. The family that runs this are VERY NICE PEOPLE. I got quick answers to any question I asked. THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIA FOR YOUR HELP AND THOUGHTFULNESS !!!

Feeling like home. Ella and her mum were extremely welcoming, helpful and warm. Once arrived in my room, I appreciated the grapes and the raki as welcome :) when I left, Ella's mum was extraordinary friendly and helpful, I truly felt like home and hugged like my mum does! Ps. The apartment is very close to the main bus station and the bus stops for Cnossos and Airport ;)
