Appartamento Piano terra - Marmolada - Rocca Pietore - Boscoverde

It was in nice area and location. There was a sport shop next to our appartment and pizza place as well.

There was bad smell in our appartment all our stay. The floor was dirty. Very poor internet connection.

nice and cozy apartment with easy access and parking. very close to SKI bus stop. also, there are some shops and pizzerias within short walking distance. even better, within 10min. driving distance, one can get anything from wild nature to nice restaurant.

banked beds were too soft for mine liking and i could find frying pan in the kitchenware. but that's really it. :)

Checked in remotely by talking to the host on booking and collecting the keys from the locker box. If you travel by car, the place is quite convenient, as it is right on the only major road going through the valley. There's parking space behind the building. No supermarkets nearby (closest are in other small towns), but there's a small store that works even on weekends 2 minutes away by car. There's are also a couple of places to eat nearby, including a nice pizzeria. There's a TV, washing machine, dishwasher and other minor kitchen equipment. Heating is adjustable by the door, which is nice for cold mountain nights. Interior design is nothing special, but pleasant enough. All in all the place is very adequate to live and cook food in.

Unfortunately the property is by a road. It means that cars driving by make quite a bit of noise, especially noticeable at night. There's no other ventilation than the windows, so even if you close the window in the bedroom, you must keep the door open (both bedroom and bathroom doors are next to each other, so another noise issue) and have a window open somewhere else. On the other side of the house, behind the parking, is a field where sheep graze. It is the countryside after all. They aren't very noisy at night, but they do smell quite a bit. Their presence or absence will depend on your luck, someone had left their flock overnight for one of the nights we stayed, they were away other nights. There's no kettle to boil water for tea. We were advised to use the microwave or boil it in other ways. Bathtub is outright dangerous to use, as it is small and slippery. It's kind of this square tub with a place to sit, but it is pretty narrow even for smaller people, and taller people in our group weren't happy to use it at all. Owners placed some rough-textured stickers to the bottom, but it's still quite slippery. Use the handrail!

We were travelling as a group of four people and two dogs. Apartment was cozy and nice, only for for people felt a little small. Ir provides a kitchen space for preparing meals. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Location of this place was not so convenient. Grocery stores are quite far from this facility. Also operation of the heating system was a little confusing. It does not really maintain the temperature - it is either very hot or cold.

The stuff were very kind. There were dish washer.

The place were a little bit smaller than I was expected. There are no shops near by espacially in the afternoon.

great location, (ski)bus stop is straight in front of the accomodation. And there is also an italian restaurant nearby. So the location is very good. But there is no grocery store, nearest is 4 min drive away, so also nothing bad. Also the equipment in this accomodation is very good. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator. And if you travel by car, you can store your car in the garrage, but unfortunately, if you have a cargo carrier on the roof, you can not fit there :/
