Comfort, very welcoming and location was perfect! Some night life and so close to the cruise port! We would absolutely stay again, and longer! Coffee, milk, cereal, danishes, buns and some other goodies were also available! Just perfect!

Nothing! Our overnight stay allowed us to catch up in the most welcoming and comfortable way to prepare for our cruise!

No lift. Difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Loved our stay in this little apartment. Host was extremely friendly and easy to contact. Apartment itself is perfect - loved the little touch of coffee and bottled water + some nice bread. If you're staying for a cruise I can't recommend this place enough. I will be using it for all my future cruises from Rome.

Everything was Perfect

Pros: Very easy communication with the host in very good English and very helpful. The apartment is very spacious, clean and very well utilized, there is a TV set, washing machine, refrigerator, micro wave, stove, coffee machine and much more for what you can expect to get for such a low price. Also the host leaves water, coffee, tea and a selection of buns and bread at the kitchen table. Numerous restaurants right around the apartment (which is also a down side) and the boulevard is 1 to 2 minutes away. Cons: While the location for sightseeing Civitavecchia and going to the cruise port and railway station is perfect, it is also a down, because it is right into the heart of a very busy square with restaurants and bars, so in the evening it can be very noisy. Steep stairs to 1st floor, however the host is very happy to help you with your luggage when he I around. All in all, the pro’s largely exceeds the cons and I would book this apartment again if I need to stau in the lovely town Civitavecchia.

As said before, the perfect location is also a downside of this lovely appartment, the possible noise in the evening and early nights and the steep stairway to the first floor, for us it was not inportant but it is nice to know that there is no elevator.

The location of this apartment is both a pre and a con, you very close to the boulevard (1 minute walk) very close all kinds of restaurants, but therefore also there is a lot off noise. The apartment self is very spacious, the bed comfortable, all the bed linnen very clean, everything you need is there, coffee, thea, bread. Communication with the owner is easy, and in very good English. Instructions also clear and easy. Highly recommended!
